Community Involvement
At Northwind Radio, we believe in community support. We sponsor many events in our surrounding communities.
Below is just a small list of some of the events or organizations that we sponsor:
In 2018, we started our yearly Christmas giveaway draw. Each year, we provide a complete Christmas dinner and breakfast with all the fixings for one deserving family in our area! The outpouring of support constantly amazes us - we appreciate you all so very much.
In 2019 we started our Valentine's Day giveaway draw. This draw teams us up with other local businesses to give back to you, our wonderful clients! The draw includes a one night stay in the honeymoon suite at one of our local hotels, dinner at Mr. Bill's Family Restaurant, a beautiful flower arrangement, and a romantic gift bundle - think yummy & bubbly!
Walk a Mile in Her Shoes Lloydminster 2019
We had such a great time volunteering for this event! We had the opportunity to help get everyone in the walk outfitted with their perfect pair of red heels! We look forward to helping out again next time!
Lloydminster Parade of Lights 2018
We had so much fun sponsoring the hot chocolate booth at the Parade of Lights! It was a blast to see everyone coming to have their pictures taken with Santa and to visit with you all while you picked up your hot chocolate! Come see us again after the 2019 parade!
We have participated in the Lloydminster Big Brothers & Big Sisters Bowling for Kids event many times over the years - we always have such a blast!
